A very Swedish dinner...

Ok, so I got the cans and we decided to try them out for dinner (the ones with "lobster sauce"). The Husband (the chef in this family) made home made mashed potatoes.

It actually wasn't too bad.

Even though it felt a bit strange to eat "fiskbullar" for dinner with +35C outside...

They are kind of tasteless from what I remember, but okay with extra salt and pepper.

Ser gott ut! Duken/underlägget är också väldigt läcker (hehe, det var det där med att observera de små detaljerna runt omkring...).

Good choice I guess I will just have to bring some with me back to Munich, the next time I go to Sweden. It is really nice with some extra "chili pepper" in it. You should really try.

Ha det allra bäst!

Matilda - yes, the sauce is what's doing it...

Anne - haha - ja, det är underlägg från Target som dottern ha valt...

Petra - haven't tried with chilipeppar - have to tell the Chef in the house (the Husband)

Miranda -haha - yeah, it sure does...

Fiskbukkar är som blodpudding och ravioli på burk - gott egentligen, men känns så fel... ;)/TT
