While I eat my square piece of "skummigummi" bread, I can't help myself from going online googeling "hönökaka", "rågbröd" and "rallarhalvor"...
I wonder how old the bread would be if you ordered something from www.icasvenskmat.se (and how much of a fortune it would cost to ship it)....

Or maybe I just have to get that Kitchen Aid into some more action...

Hey Girl! I have ordered from ICA, last Christmas. All good, but the "Lingonbröd" was mouldy when I got it. I ordered Pepparkaksdeg, sweets and Liljeholmens julgransljus. I can recommend it, but stay clear of the bread!
I agree with you...The bread here is NO fun. But, I do like Safeway's bakery. And Wegman's bakery as well.
Ok, so I guess I have to start baking then... ;-) I made a shopping cart at Ica just for fun. 180 SEK worth of food and 500 SEK for shipping. But now with IKEA not selling Marabou...
You can find ok bread at Trader Joe's as well. Wegman's we don't have here as far as I know.
